不要以為英美關系好其實一點就炸

　　If you were unsure if cultural differences still exist in modern society, all you have to do is look at the tweets sent by an American student about British people.

　　如果你不確定在當代社會文化差異依然存在的話，你只需要看這名美國學生發布的關于英國人的推特動態就可以了。

　　The teen went viral after launching into a Twitter tirade attacking everything from Brits' pale skin to their food choices and turn of phrase - and, naturally, Brits weren't very happy about it.

　　這個美國妹子在推特上發表的吐槽英國人的推文迅速火了起來。從英國人蒼白的膚色、獨特的品味到古怪的措詞，都被噴了個遍。當然，英國人對此很不滿。

　　She began by introducing her rant, saying: "im gonna do a thread on weird things British people do" (sic).

　　開篇她就說她要寫一篇關于奇葩英國人的吐槽文章。

　　Also on her hit list were red buses, the fact we call the underground 'the tube' and phone boxes - because who needs a phonebox when you've got a 'cellphone'?

　　街上奔跑的巴士統一涂成紅色,妹子表示無法理解英國人對“紅色巴士”的執念。最奇怪的就是路邊的紅色電話亭了,在人手一部手機的年代,電話亭還有使命沒有完成嗎?

　　To be fair, she might have a point on that one.

　　說真的，有的地方這個妹子還是有點道理的。

　　She asked everyone to 'learn to take a joke' but it seems her opinions have really riled some people up.

　　盡管她說這都只是個玩笑，但是這仍然激怒了一群人。

　　Many started replying with 'weird things Americans do', or applying logic to the British traditions she mocks.

　　于是憤憤不平的英國寶寶開始奮力回擊他們眼中美國人的奇葩行為。
