媽媽提前幾天就買好了粽葉、豆沙、糯米、蓮子、豬肉、蝦仁、蘑菇、還有咸蛋黃。全家起了個(gè)大早開始包粽子，包粽子看起來簡單，包起來可有點(diǎn)難了，我好不容易包出了一個(gè)粽子，卻像個(gè)“受傷的兵”，東倒西歪，好不容易扶起來又倒下了。媽媽看看不像樣子的粽子拿過棕葉教起我來：“包粽子首先要有耐心不能急，把葉片上下疊好，注意別拿反了，把粽子葉靠近葉尖的那一半折成三角斗裝，手心向上用拇指壓住折過來的葉尖部分，其余四指在葉子下面拖住，先放一顆豆沙把尖部堵嚴(yán)，再放入糯米蓋住豆沙，然后放入豬肉、蓮子、蝦仁、蘑菇、咸蛋黃，再把棕葉長出來的部分折回來蓋住包嚴(yán)，在拿繩子捆好扎緊，最后把多余的線剪掉。”
我聽了心想小小的粽子還有那么多學(xué)問，還是乖乖學(xué)吧！我把兩個(gè)差不多大的粽葉按順序疊好，做成了漏斗狀，先放了一塊豆沙再放入糯米，然后放入食材，三繞四卷，哈哈！一位“大將軍”出現(xiàn)了，給他系上“腰帶”他更神氣了！
中午，吃著自己包的粽子，心里美滋滋的，真實(shí)又香又甜啊！
端午節(jié)（二）

每個(gè)地方的節(jié)日都有每個(gè)地方節(jié)日習(xí)俗的不同。在我們家鄉(xiāng)最讓人盼望的就是每年的端午節(jié)了，因?yàn)檫@個(gè)節(jié)日和其他節(jié)日不一樣。
我們那里端午節(jié)那天在太陽還沒升起的時(shí)候，人們都會(huì)早早的起來。每家每戶只要有十歲以下小孩的家庭都會(huì)拿一個(gè)紅桶，桶里放著十二種不同的樹葉和一面鏡子，同時(shí)桶了還裝了半桶水放在路邊給太陽曬到十二點(diǎn)，然后就拿那水給小孩子洗澡。習(xí)俗的意思是洗了那半桶水就會(huì)一年平平安安，十歲以上的小孩，家長一般會(huì)同意到小溪或海邊游泳�？傊翘煳鐣r(shí)所有人都會(huì)洗上午時(shí)水。
那天中午家家戶戶都會(huì)給飯桌上加上幾個(gè)菜，其中在這幾個(gè)菜中一定少不了的有雞肉、鴨肉、狗肉。因?yàn)榇笕藗冋f這三種菜是最上火的，今天吃了，以后不管吃什么熱氣的東西都不會(huì)上火了!
端午節(jié)我們那里還要每個(gè)門窗兩邊要掛著點(diǎn)燃的大香。這是老人們說的，這兩邊的香煙氣充滿滿屋，可以辟邪。
中最要的是在那天我們還可以吃上好吃的粽子，粽子里面包的材料一定有水產(chǎn)品，比如說魷魚，蝦肉等等。這個(gè)好像是紀(jì)念一個(gè)叫屈原的人。
現(xiàn)在想想，過幾天就是端午節(jié)了，而我在離家比較遠(yuǎn)的地方上學(xué)，所以不能回去過端午節(jié)了，只能堵在他鄉(xiāng)想念自己家鄉(xiāng)節(jié)日美好!
