　　首先，假冒商品無疑會對人們的健康有害，尤其是摻假食品。我們已經遇到了許多這樣的情況。例如，有人喝了摻有工業酒精的酒結果死亡了。另外，生產假冒商品導致浪費社會資源，浪費人們的勞動力和時間。例如，以為農民買了一袋水稻種子，但是他得到的是野草。因為假冒種子，他所有的勞動力到頭來什么也沒有。而且，大部分情況下，假冒商品的價格比真的要滴，但是利潤要高，打破了企業之間公平競爭的原則。如果這種情況持續下去，整個市場會失衡。
