　　In fact, they say that because they think there is an error to the teacher’s behavior, has a wrong understanding on the words “eccentric”. Back to think about, in every class you have excellent, good, medium and poor, which the teacher don’t like good students? If like good students is eccentric, which the teacher and not eccentric? So “eccentric” is a very normal thing.

　　And an eccentric teacher also is not necessarily a bad thing. Please think about it, why want to do the task to honor student teacher? Because they do well! Teachers sometimes for excellent students to replace the homework, this is because the teacher thinks the student level is higher than the other students, there is no need to do this simple job for him. Teacher makes excellent students don’t do some homework or do other homework, because teachers adopted the approach of “because of aptitude”. A good teacher, he knows what a student at what stage, should learn some what, what should do some… Because if you let the whole class with excellent students the progress of the study, there must be some people don’t understand. If let you follow difference the progress of the study, and is a waste of brain, waste of talent. So the teacher will treat it would produce or bottom, moderate separate.

　　偏心這個詞語在學校里經常出現，經常聽見同學們在私底下說三道四，交頭接耳，說什么老師偏心誰誰誰了，老師又表揚誰誰好了，有時因為老師在課堂上表揚了誰誰誰那方面做得好，然后給他減作業什么的，就說老師偏心呀什么的……

　　其實他們之所以這么說是因為他們對老師的行為有錯誤的看法，對“偏心”這個詞語有著錯誤的理解。回過頭來想一想，在每個班上都有著優、良、中、差，哪個老師不喜歡優秀的學生呢?如果說喜歡優秀的'學生就是偏心，哪個老師又不偏心呢?所以“偏心”是一件很正常的事。

　　而且一個老師偏心也未必是一件壞事。請想一想，老師為什么要把重任交給優秀生做?因為他們做得好!老師有時候給優秀生替換作業，這是因為老師認為這個學生的水平比其他的學生高，沒必要再做對他而言這種簡單的作業。老師讓優秀生不做某些作業或做另外的作業，是因為老師采用了“因才施教”的方法。一個好的老師，他明白哪一個學生處在什么階段，應該學一些什么，應該做一些什么……因為如果讓全班都跟著優秀生的進度學習，肯定有一些人聽不懂。如果讓大家跟著差生的進度學習，又無疑是在浪費腦筋，浪費才華。所以老師必定會把好生、差生、中等生分開對待。

　　正因為如今的同學與家長對老師的偏見，讓現在的一些好老師進退兩難，也正是因為對“偏心”的偏見，讓學校鬧出了許多事端……我希望大家對老師的“偏心”都要有正確的理解，不要對因才施教的“偏心”有所偏見!

　　偏見，它真是個礙手礙腳的家伙，它生性頑劣，專門做些捉弄人的事，在陽光的臉上撒下陰云。往往因為偏見，讓我們內心變得丑惡，用陰暗的心理去描述他人。如果想要生活重新充滿陽光，必須要撥開頭頂的陰云，消除內心被扭曲的偏見。

　　偏見真是個壞家伙，它趁你不防備的時候偷偷地溜進大腦里，改變大腦的'思路，讓你看什么東西都不順眼。我們要像時刻鍛煉身體一樣加強自己的意志，不要讓偏見左右了自己的想法而誤會身邊美好的事物，當偏見開始露出首尾的時候，就要開始消除它，像消除細菌一樣。
