　　Good morning, my name is jack, it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for a interview, i would like to answer whatever you may raise, and i hope i can make a good performance today, eventually enroll in this prestigious university in september. now i will introduce myself briefly,i am 21 years old,born in heilongjiang province ,northeast of china,and i am curruently a senior student at beijing XX uni.my major is packaging engineering.and i will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in june.in the past 4 years,i spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 with a ease. and i have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice. besides, i have attendseveral packaging exhibition hold in Beijing, this is our advantage study here, i have taken a tour to some big factory and company. through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry. compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still. i guess you maybe interested in the reason itch to law, and what is my plan during graduate study life, i would like to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal,i like my major packaging and i won't give up,if i can pursue my master degree here i will combine law with my former education. i will work hard in thesefields ,patent ,trademark, copyright, on the base of my years study in department of p&p, my character? i cannot describe it well, but i know i am optimistic and confident. sometimes i prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music, but i am not lonely, i like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is valleyball,playing cards or surf online. through college life,i learn how to balance between study and entertainment. by the way, i was a actor of our amazing drama club. i had a few glorious memory on stage. that is my pride.

　　在這一年里，我擔(dān)任小學(xué)語(yǔ)文一年級(jí)的語(yǔ)文和思品教學(xué)工作，同時(shí)擔(dān)任學(xué)校少先隊(duì)總輔導(dǎo)員，工作充實(shí)而不乏挑戰(zhàn)。教學(xué)是一項(xiàng)細(xì)致的工作，也是注重技巧的工作，于是我常常想把教學(xué)當(dāng)成一門(mén)藝術(shù)來(lái)研究。不僅在平時(shí)的教學(xué)工作中認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n，精心設(shè)計(jì)符合學(xué)情的教學(xué)預(yù)案，在課堂教學(xué)中根據(jù)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的情況，即使反思并調(diào)整教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)，盡量讓學(xué)生發(fā)揮學(xué)習(xí)的自主性，讓孩子們快樂(lè)學(xué)習(xí)并學(xué)有所獲。我還積極參與區(qū)市級(jí)教研活動(dòng)，吸取前輩的教訓(xùn)和專(zhuān)家的指導(dǎo)，總結(jié)出自己的想法。新教師考核中，我所執(zhí)教的《要下雨了》一課，受到了區(qū)進(jìn)修學(xué)校老師的贊許，這既是對(duì)我的肯定也是對(duì)我的一種鼓勵(lì)。當(dāng)然，這一些是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的，學(xué)海無(wú)涯，今后我將花更多的時(shí)間在課堂教學(xué)方法、策略的研究上。

　　三載匆匆，現(xiàn)在的我深深懂得：昨天的成績(jī)已成為歷史，未來(lái)的輝煌要靠今天腳踏實(shí)地堅(jiān)持不懈地努力去實(shí)現(xiàn)。在這斑斕多彩日新月異的時(shí)代，只有培養(yǎng)能力、提高素質(zhì)、挖掘內(nèi)在的潛能，才能在激烈的社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。在我即將離校的時(shí)候，我攜帶著學(xué)到的知識(shí)和年輕人滿(mǎn)腔的熱情與夢(mèng)想，真誠(chéng)而又 衷心地向貴單位自薦。山外青山樓外樓，強(qiáng)中更有強(qiáng)中手，然而我堅(jiān)定地認(rèn)為：天生我才必有用!雖然我很平凡，但我并不平庸。盡管在眾多的應(yīng)聘者中，我不一定是最優(yōu)秀的，但我仍很自信，請(qǐng)關(guān)注我的未來(lái)!

　　進(jìn)入大學(xué)，發(fā)現(xiàn)理想中之自由開(kāi)放的象牙塔仍遙不可及，但對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)已經(jīng)是“如鰍得泥”。雖然與中學(xué)相比，課程的負(fù)擔(dān)不止增加了倍余，但我更喜歡這種忙碌。基礎(chǔ)課的教學(xué)，應(yīng)該不能算得上理想，我想這是國(guó)內(nèi)多數(shù)大學(xué)的通病。不過(guò)，課程本身的吸引力，遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于我對(duì)教學(xué)方式的不滿(mǎn)。雖然沒(méi)有在拿到全部的優(yōu)秀，但也算是順利通過(guò)。英語(yǔ)輕松拿下四級(jí)六級(jí)，也似小馬過(guò)河，不是一件異常恐怖的事情。

　　學(xué)習(xí)方面，我覺(jué)得大學(xué)生的首要任務(wù)還是學(xué)好文化知識(shí)，所以在學(xué)習(xí)上我踏踏實(shí)實(shí)，一點(diǎn)也不放松。我認(rèn)為好的學(xué)習(xí)方法對(duì)學(xué)好知識(shí)很有幫助，所以在每次考試后，我都會(huì)總結(jié)一下學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。一份耕耘一分收獲，沒(méi)有什么事是不可能的。光學(xué)好書(shū)本上的知識(shí)是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的。我認(rèn)為學(xué)習(xí)是學(xué)生的職業(yè)，這份職業(yè)同樣需要有智慧、毅力和恒心。在當(dāng)今這個(gè)快速發(fā)展的信息時(shí)代，我們只有不斷汲取新知識(shí)，才不會(huì)落伍。
