　　道歉信的目的是向收信人表明歉意，請(qǐng)求對(duì)方對(duì)自己的某種過失表示諒解。

　　寫作策略：

　　首段：表明寫信意圖，對(duì)某事表示歉意。

　　主體段落：說明道歉的具體原因，應(yīng)展開。在主體段落中，寫信人應(yīng)當(dāng)在申述理由時(shí)照顧讀信人的感受，切忌強(qiáng)詞奪理。

　　結(jié)尾段：再次表明兼意，請(qǐng)求收信人的諒解。在結(jié)尾段還可以建議對(duì)自己的過失采取何種補(bǔ)救措施。
