說與做是兩碼事，在我的寒假學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃上可真是體現(xiàn)的淋漓盡致啊!我每天早上等到太陽姐姐曬到被子上才起床，一整天手中的筆寫寫停停，總是禁不止電視和電腦的誘惑，放在學(xué)習(xí)桌前的寒假學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃表成了廢紙一張。我的作業(yè)到大年年初十才全部完成，復(fù)習(xí)計(jì)劃用了五天的時(shí)間，預(yù)習(xí)計(jì)劃更是完成的不堪入目，數(shù)學(xué)只預(yù)習(xí)了老師必須讓預(yù)習(xí)的前兩單元，其他的學(xué)科幾乎在原地踏步走。我的自制力和效率也太差了!
我的寒假學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃就完成得這么不盡人意，原因是什么?我自己覺得是有點(diǎn)懶散，沒有想學(xué)習(xí)的那股勁頭，自制力太差，學(xué)習(xí)效率太低。我一定要認(rèn)真改正，讓自己以后所有的計(jì)劃成為現(xiàn)實(shí)而不是泡影，希望在下一年寒假能夠過得充實(shí)快樂些!
英語老師的學(xué)英語建議
一、 幼兒學(xué)習(xí)英語并不是越早越好
每個(gè)孩子的成長、發(fā)育和接受能力都是有差異的，所以家長要根據(jù)孩子的接受能力選擇時(shí)機(jī)學(xué)英語。如今很多孩子既學(xué)拼音又學(xué)英語，往往容易混淆，所以要等孩子具有一定的分辨能力時(shí)再學(xué)。當(dāng)然，最重要的是要遵循孩子的意愿，千萬不要強(qiáng)求。如果孩子很感興趣，那么學(xué)起來也不吃力，學(xué)習(xí)才會(huì)有效。
二、要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造良好的語言環(huán)境
無論是老師還是家長都要具有扎實(shí)、正確的英語基礎(chǔ)知識，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、流利的口語能力，同時(shí)還要能為幼兒操練、運(yùn)用外語創(chuàng)設(shè)豐富多彩、形式多樣的語言環(huán)境。例如：采用幼兒喜歡的看圖說話、唱歌、游戲和表演等方法輔導(dǎo)幼兒學(xué)習(xí)英語，這也有助于培養(yǎng)幼兒學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣。同時(shí)，家長要注意千萬不能隨便應(yīng)付孩子，家長和老師教的不一樣，會(huì)給幼兒學(xué)習(xí)造成很大的困惑。
三、語言學(xué)習(xí)要持之以恒
語言學(xué)習(xí)是一個(gè)長期艱巨的過程。英語學(xué)習(xí)最忌“三天打魚，兩天曬網(wǎng)”，小孩子往往只圖一時(shí)的新鮮，這就需要家長監(jiān)督促進(jìn)。寧可孩子晚一點(diǎn)兒開始學(xué)，也不要學(xué)上幾天就半途而廢。
四、不可急于求成，造成孩子的心理負(fù)擔(dān)
許多家長都會(huì)焦灼而疑惑地問老師：“最近英語都教什么了？怎么我們孩子回家一句英語也不跟我們說呀？”顯而易見，家長一定經(jīng)常詢問孩子在幼兒園學(xué)什么英語了，會(huì)不會(huì)說，會(huì)唱什么英語歌。孩子也許是不想說，也許是還在熟悉階段講不清楚，但是家長這樣催問，久而久之就會(huì)降低孩子學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，同時(shí)也會(huì)讓孩子不自信，從而越來越不愿意開口。
