云南一民營制藥企業戰略方案設計的論文

　　摘 要

　　在市場環境變化時，企業是否有敏銳的嗅覺，是否能夠根據環境的變化制定出適合外部環境和內部條件的企業戰略，能否將企業的戰略貫徹落實，基本上決定了企業的未來命運。本論文研究的是昆明龍津藥業股份有限公司發展戰略，在全面分析公司外部環境和內部環境的基礎上，對企業可持續發展戰略做一個完整的研究。

　　昆明龍津藥業股份有限公司是云南一家民營制藥企業，具有一定的代表性，文章應用SWOT分析方法，對備選戰略方案進行評價選擇，通過評價選擇得到一個適合企業發展的具體戰略方案。接下來從產品市場拓展、資本運作及企業內部建設三個方面進行具體的實施，并對實施中可能遇到的問題加以分析和解決，解決企業面臨的威脅，讓企業能把握住機會，擴大優勢，占領市場，達到企業可持續發展的目的。與此同時得出一個從環境分析入手，利用SWOT分析工具，最終為企業構建發展戰略的方法。論文對目標分析企業戰略發展研究有一定的實際價值，對民營制藥企業進一步發展有一定的參考價值。

　　When marketing environment changes, whether enterprises have sense, whetherenterprises' strategies can be worked out by changing inner condition and outer environment,whether enterprises' strategies can be carried out ? which basically decide enterprises'

This paper is to study the development strategy of Kunming LongjinPharmaceutical Co., Ltd On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of inner and outerenvironment of Kunming Longjin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., the paper does a study ondevelopment strategy for Kunming Longjin Pharmaceutical Co., LtdKunming Longjin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Yunnan is a nongovernmentalpharmaceutical company, to a certain extent representativeness of the article, the use of theSWOT analysis, Chapter operational from the beginning of an effective market development,capital operation and enhance the quality of the in-house three specific aspects of theimplementation of strategic focus,And may encounter problems in the implementation of theanalysis and solution to address threats to enterprises so that enterprises can seize theopportunity to expand the advantage of the market occupied, to achieve sustainabledevelopment of enterprises. At the same time drawn from an analysis of the environment tostart using SWOT analysis tools and, ultimately, for building a business development strategy.

　　Papers on the analysis of corporate strategic development objectives of the study has somereal value of private pharmaceutical companies for the further development of a certainreference value.
