　　So, what factors can be responsible for the above phenomenon? Residents in second- or third-tier cities are not strange to this. Firstly, the concept of a livable city finds its way into life, and a goal for urban development is established. Thus, the government or public organizations pay more attention to building parks which offer the public rest, sight-seeing, and exercise. Secondly, the fitness area, where the young and old do their exercises by individuals or in groups, as a huge part of the park, has gained its popularity among local residents.

　　Predictably, local residents’ happiness will be enhanced by a lot of benefits from the park. And I am convinced that building more parks is beneficial for both individuals and the development of the city.
